Meet Alejandro Grijalva

Alejandro began coaching CrossFit in 2017 and is passionate about building meaningful connections with his athletes while motivating them to push past what they once believed was impossible. His favorite CrossFit movements are handstand walks and clean and jerks. Alejandro holds a CrossFit Level 2 certification, and has completed an in-person Gymnastics Course. He has also completed several online CrossFit courses, including Coaching the Aging Athlete, Spot the Flaw, Scaling, Coaching Fundamentals, Programming, Lesson Planning, and Running.
