What is CrossFit?  CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built around constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity — but don’t worry, that simply means real-life movements, done smartly and scaled to you.  Think lifting, pushing, pulling, running, jumping, and carrying — the kind of movement your body was designed to do. Every workout is different and led by trained CrossFit coaches who help you learn the movements and support you throughout your fitness journey.   Every athlete walks through the doors for their first CrossFit class and starts exactly where they are. Progress comes over time with consistency and practice.  You don’t need to be “fit” to start.  You get fit by starting.
