Meet Bucky Shelton
Bucky began coaching in 2015 and brings a deep passion for the gym and the process of training. What he loves most is the intensity of CrossFit, the act of lifting weights, and teaching people who are committed to their own growth and success. He is especially driven by watching athletes achieve things they never imagined were possible. His favorite workouts are classic CrossFit couplets and triplets, high-intensity anaerobic sessions and considers the thruster a brilliant movement. Bucky holds CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 trainer certifications, along with CrossFit Weightlifting and Gymnastics certificates. In addition, he earned a Donnie Shankle Weightlifting Trainer certification and trained under Donnie Shankle for six years in the sport of weightlifting. Bucky also has a strong background in bodybuilding and overall strength development.
